This 1988 Ferrari 328 is one of approximately 6,068 removable-top GTS examples produced and was initially delivered by Symbolic Ferrari of La Jolla, California. The car was acquired by the current owner in 1995 and used until around 2008, at which time it was parked and remained off the road until 2023. Subsequent service has included cleaning the fuel tank and replacing the fuel pump and hoses, the timing belt and tensioners, accessory belts, fluids, battery, and tires. The car is finished in Rosso Corsa over beige leather, and power is provided by a fuel-injected 3.2-liter V8 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, 16? Speedline five-spoke alloy wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, a gated shifter, a Kenwood cassette stereo, power windows, and air conditioning. This 328 GTS now shows 17k miles and is offered on dealer consignment as part of Mohr Imports’ Monterey Collection Sale with the owner’s manual, partial service records, and a clean California title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa and features a removable black roof panel. Additional exterior details include pop-up headlights, integrated fog lights, side air intakes, dual side mirrors, a power antenna, a black spoiler mounted over the rear window, and quad exhaust tips exiting through the rear valance.

Staggered-width concave 16? Speedline five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport All-Season 4 tires that were installed in preparation for the sale. Braking is handled by power-assisted ventilated four-wheel discs. The brake fluid was changed in 2023.

The seats are trimmed in beige leather and are complemented by color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Interior amenities include a gated shifter, a Kenwood cassette stereo, power windows, air conditioning, and a rear-window defroster.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames Veglia instrumentation consisting of a 180-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Readouts for oil temperature and fuel level are mounted in the center of the dashboard along with an analog clock. The five-digit odometer shows 17k miles, approximately 12k of which were added under current ownership. The selling dealer notes the fuel gauge is inoperable.

The mid-mounted 3.2-liter Type F105 V8 features Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection and four valves per cylinder. Factory-rated output was 270 horsepower and 223 lb-ft of torque. Service in 2023 following approximately 15 years of the car being off the road included cleaning the fuel tank, repairing the throttle, and replacing the battery, fuel pump and hoses, timing belt and tensioners, and accessory belts. The car passed a California emissions test on July 25, 2023.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
